Norma Morales graduated from La Universidad Autónoma de Nuevo Leon, Mexico with a degree in Civil Engineering in 1983. Normal joined HJA in July, 2007. She has been a part of the HJA design team focusing on land development and civil engineering design for residential and commercial projects. She has extensive experience in the preparation of land surveys, site grading plans, lot layouts, construction plans and subdivision plats.
Before joining HJA, Normal worked for other civil engineering firms in the San Antonio area. She also worked for Bexar metropolitan Water District (Bexar Met) for four years before they were acquired by SAWS in 2011. During that period, she gained considerable experience in the design of water distribution systems.
